tAKE A MOMENT

I stumbled into acting after auditioning for the Sarasota Visual and Performing Arts Center's esteemed magnet program on a whim, and to my great surprise, I was welcomed. Raised in a rural Florida community, I never realized I could have a talent for entertaining. Applying my homegrown work ethic to this new endeavor, I pursued a humanities degree from University of Central Florida's theatre conservatory. I have been described as a consummate actor and a voracious learner, which is why I was also practicing improvisation and immersive acting with the Interactive Performance Lab, dabbling in stage combat, building a rapport at neighboring film schools, and collecting quirkier skill sets from world-class theme parks. My aim is to be ready for any challenge and I explored every interest. Still, I really came to find my stride in the all-encompassing, collaborative process of film. Throughout my expanding career I have ventured into directing, writing, stunt work, choreography, even editing, purely for the joy of film making. Nevertheless, my dedication to cinema remains first and foremost as an actor. –KA

GET A LOOK

Recently I had the pleasure to attend the celebrated Dances With Film festival with VIP credentials to represent Ouija Bro. I was so elated to be meeting countless other talented filmmakers and see more incredible films across a twelve day period than I ever had before. It was such an honor to be there I just had to make sure I got my picture taken.
